Entrance exam, synonymous with many studies and sleepless nights

Entrance exam is synonymous with many studies and many sleepless nights. With so much to read and reread, sometimes the care with food is left behind and, consequently, can harm learning.

It is essential that college entrance examinations adopt a healthy diet that will certainly only contribute to making the most of the day, having more energy and avoiding illnesses.

Follow our tips and good studies!

  • Eat at least five meals a day (eat every 3 hours, interspersing main meals with fruit or light snacks).
  • Drink plenty of fluids. At least 2 liters or 8 glasses of water, fruit juice or coconut water per day to keep your body hydrated.
  • Avoid excessive consumption of caffeine-rich coffee, mate and natural guarana (especially for those who are more anxious). Drink a maximum of 4 small cups of coffee a day.
  • Keep a short space between meals to avoid a drop in blood glucose that can cause dizziness, cold sweats and slow thinking. Avoid long periods of fasting.

Avoid:

  • Candy, snacks and soft drinks, as they increase appetite and cause loss of concentration. Simple actions can be taken to change habits that only affect the performance of those who will face a marathon of studies.
